Importance of bathing and its variants
Bathing doesn't mean pouring two mugs of water in a hurry and coming out. Some of us feel that we completed bathing even without proper cleaning of the skin. That’s not the way. Actually bathing in the ocean is considered as the best one among all as ocean water contains saltiness and salt is considered to clean many impurities in our body.


Next variation is bathing in river water. Waking early morning and bathing with river water gives you relief from many skin related diseases. As river water is said to originate from mountains and flows through rocks and caves touching many herbal trees and in the forest, it accumulates many kinds of herbal extracts which has good medicinal properties and healthy.


--> At last, variation is a home bath. We should not bath with high cold or hot water, it is recommended to use Luke warm water. Lukewarm water gives skin as well as internal organs relief and also tries to relief from body pains. Bathing is not any work, it needs to be enjoyed.
